How to Submit a Tenant’s Negative Behavior to Equifax

3.Add Notes:
Record what happened specifically so that it can be easily handled if there is any dispute.
4.Input Lease Record
If there is any money owed, the landlord can fill in the amount here. The LCB is responsible for notifying tenants that their rent payments have been reported to the LCB and advising them of the benefits and consequences of overdue rent and unpaid rent.
Through LCB, you can also report previous tenants. A record of the delinquency will remain until the landlord receives the money.
5.Tenant information synchronized to Equifax
This step may be the best way to “retaliate” against a “bad tenant”.Turn on Equifax under the tenant list to synchronize records to Equifax.
Good tenants can build a good credit score this way, while tenants who default on their rent will have their points deducted and suffer the consequences.
Note:About the Fee
It should be noted that synchronizing tenant records to Equifax is a paid service, and the specific charges are as follows.
However, rights and obligations are reciprocal. Landlords are obliged to report truthful information and will be held accountable for providing false information.
